Mid-Atlantic Professional Services is based in the Hampton Roads but provides civil process serving, courier, case filing and document retrieval throughout most of the state of Virginia. We are NAPPS and MAAPPS members, allowing us to have contacts and referrals across the country for your out of state needs. Our business is insured, and we have notaries on staff for in office or mobile notary services. We look forward to helping you evaluate your needs and offering the services to help you achieve your goals.

Meet the Owner, Crystal Kleiber
With two decades of experience in the process serving field, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice, and a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Old Dominion University, Crystal has the knowledge and expertise to serve your civil process. Crystal opened Mid-Atlantic Professional Services in 2015 offering a combination of excellent customer service and expertise in your process serving needs. Her membership to regional and national organizations keeps her up to date with the most recent guidelines for the industry.
Crystal and her team take care of every service on a case by case basis, with a firm commitment to excellent lines of communication between the staff and customers. She is a proud wife and mother of two and firmly believes in the commitments to family and community.

Process Serving
We offer Routine, Rush and Same Day services when available. Our team delivers legal documents to parties involved in legal matters in Hampton Roads, and throughout the state of Virginia, as well as nationwide and on military bases. We handle papers on a case by case basis and offer routine service. We are well-versed on all legal requirements from the courts and can ensure an efficient delivery every time. We make sure to have an understanding of your state rules for service while also following Virginia’s rules as well. We do not serve process on Sunday.
